Hat profile renovation, HSR-UV
Hat profile renovation using our HSR-UV focuses on great installation depths of up to 23.62 in (60 cm). Thus, damages to the first sleeve can be lined. Due to UV curing technology, our engineering enables quick curing of the renovation material in the sewer. It is possible to work in main sewers with a nominal diameter from DN200 to DN400 lined. The renovation unit developed in our house with its matching renovation material from our cooperation partner RelineEurope enables flexible, bendable renovations of branch pipe of DN125 and DN150 with branch angles of 45° to 90°.
Manhole inspection SI4000 - SI8000
Climbing into the shaft merely for inspection purposes is now a thing of the past with our product family SI4000 to SI8000.
After on-site work, the complete wall surface of the manhole is recorded by images so that detailed evaluation according to EN13508-2 can occur later at the office. Data collection at the manhole can be carried out as a one-man operation and the implemented concept
enables flexible use, even if the shaft cannot be accessed directly by the service vehicle. Due to the separation of service vehicle and camera telescope, it is also possible to acquire data in manholes that are difficult to access; for special occasions the system may also be operated by battery. The data acquisition software used in the service vehicle supports the inspector by provisioning and work preparation based on the available master data of the sewage system.

Vehicle building
Our clients place their vehicles at our disposal so that we can install the new systems for sewer renovation or manhole inspection according to their individual requirements.
Our scope of service for vehicle building ranges from customized planning up to installation of machine components, material store and workplace equipment. This includes the mechanical construction as well as all the necessary electrical installations incl. the required computer equipment.
Impregnating roller, IW400
A specialty of our solution for impregnation of house connection liners is the supervision of the roll gap dimensions and the directionally-dependent rolling processes. Above all, this complies with the growing quality demands in a field of work where is difficult to document the correct workflow on the construction site and thus to verify the final result.
An important accessory for high-quality, optimum liner impregnation is the impregnating roller, which we are glad to install into our clients' service vehicle.
Process visualization and documentation, IEP16
Growing quality requirements and the implementation of quality management systems can be effectively supported by targeted process documentation. Thus, the user is able to prove the compliance with the workflow and the requirements regarding the used materials. The staff are guided in the workflow and supported by notices and e.g. consumption calculations. Finally, the contractor has data logs which can be used for accounting and as proof of quality towards the purchaser.

In cooperation with RelineEurope, we develop hat profiles prefabricated ex works, which reduce work on the construction site and to contain potential sources of errors.
Municipal information systems, document management systems and image information systems
With our cooperation partner Digma, we can offer software solutions for manhole inspections and process data logging, which enable direct interface communication to our clients' databases.
