Module line
Storage, buffer
The glass storage with its 12 positions enables continuous charging of module lines, independent of the operator’s presence. Together with the fully automatic glass loader charging gaps that are e.g. caused by pallet change are easily compensated.
The glass storage can be charged manually or by an upstream glass loader depending on the automation level.
In the module line, the storage decouples continuously operating machines from their environment and ensures the high efficiency of bottleneck machines by demand-oriented charging and discharging.
For panes, laminates and modules, First In – Last Out (FILO) and First In – First Out (FIFO) buffers and storages with different capacities are available.
Conveyors, ramifications, gathering sections with turning and aligning, lifts, storages
Belt conveyors and roller tracks transport panes, laminates and modules to and from the workstations from glass loader to packaging.
Belt conveyors with two or more conveying strands protect sensitive laminates against slippage of the strings. Easily adjustable track widths optimize the support function matching the transported format and enable a quick change of the module size.
Ramifications and gathering sections charge and discharge laminators. Corner conveyors discharge or ramify to different sub-lines, e.g. laminators.
Turning stations change the orientation between lengthwise and crosswise transport. Additional functions like aligning and positioning can be integrated into conveyors and workstations on demand.
Automation relating flasher and hipot through to attachment of corner elements
The automatic corner stacker is an economical solution for fully automatic stacking of Eckpack Trio transport corners to frameless or framed modules which we gladly offer to our clients.
The symbiosis of the Eckpack corner and Rotte automation results in a double benefit for our clients: Economical sorting and packaging combined with optimum module protection from shipping to installation on the roof.
The use of a corner stacker already makes good economic sense for 50 MW lines. In the multi-module version, the universal function modules can easily be configured fort he desired module size.
Module sorter for horizontal stacking or vertical packeting
In module lines with an annual production as of 25 MW, our continuously operating module sorter gather the flashed modules correctly sorted according to performance class to form shipping units; horizontally in a stack or vertically in a package.
Uninterrupted operation with short cycle times means highest possible cost-efficiency when sorting. The compact and simple setup saves precious production space and ensures high availability.

Both sorting concepts provide a stable module packet for safe further transport by using Eckpack Trio transport corners
Stack turners
With our stack turner, we offer an efficient tool for erecting lying module stacks with Eckpack Trio corner elements on shipping pallets to all module manufacturers and distributors, who intend to transport the modules upright and low-strain.
Here, you will find the right stack turner for erecting to the short or long side, lengthwise or crosswise on a standardized or customized shipping pallet matching your module size and your logistics concept for truck or container transport.

Machine for stretching and cutting solder wires (Straight Cut 750)
Straighten coiling bend, stretch arc and exactly cut to length without burrs:
Demand-oriented straightening, stretching and cutting to length of solder wires is fully automated in one processing step. The required width, thickness and length can be configured easily and flexibly depending on the order situation.
Straight Cut 750 independently processes either a configured target quantity or exhausts the material from the coil.
For flexible use at different workplaces, Straight Cut 750 is shipped on a rack with lockable rollers.
Glass loader
Panes that either lie on a pallet or stand on the L-rack are extracted by grippers and precisely positioned on a conveyor.
Negative pressure suckers in the gripper pick up the pane and retain it during handling and laying onto the conveyor.
Release paper or cords are separated from the pane.
Different automation levels of the glass loader enable integration from semi-automatic to fully automatic module lines.
