With the help of industrial image processing, we determine the correct gripping point for fully automated robot handling in case of expected position deviations or in case of unsorted or unaligned parts. With the barcode identification or the QR code identification we select the logistic target of the parts to be gripped. This is a mandatory requirement, especially in the context of Industry 4.0 in the topic "Just-In-Sequence".
Rotte is integrator for the Bin Picking System of Keyence 3D ROBOT VISION CV-X480D. Other camera and detection systems are also possible.
