As part of the company's internal Rotte Academy, employees took part in an ADAC driving training course at the training facility in Paderborn-Mönkeloh.

The participants from a wide range of departments had the opportunity to get to know their behavior and the limits of the vehicle in various situations using company cars. Throughout the day, they practiced driving techniques to help them cope better with unforeseeable dangerous situations. Because fractions of a second count at the crucial moment! Psychological factors such as the effect of stress and distraction on the ability to react were also a key topic during the training.

Lunch together rounded off the training and ensured that all participants were able to start the second half of the day feeling refreshed.
