Satisfied employees are an important prerequisite for the performance of a company. Only the optimal compatibility of professional and family work creates this prerequisite to enable continuous and successful employment. It can be assumed that the availability of company childcare is an important factor in the choice of job and thus the attractiveness of the company on the labor market. This is particularly important for our medium-sized company in rural areas.

Start of construction of Kindergarten Tudorf

1.5 years ago, Rotte decided to invest in the construction of a new daycare center in Tudorf in order to be able to offer childcare options to their own employees as well. Now the groundbreaking ceremony has taken place. Together with representatives of the future operator Kreissportbund Paderborn e.V. and the city of Salzkotten, the symbolic first cut was made. 
The Tudorf daycare center has made it its goal to introduce children of toddler and preschool age to movement, sports and play on a broad scale, thus contributing to education through movement. The site for the movement daycare center is located directly next to the Lohnkämpen sports facility of TSV Tudorf 1919 e.V. and can be used for sporting outings.
The operation of the Kita has started on 01.08.2023 in a temporary facility of TSV Tudorf and is expected to move into the new building at Easter 2024. The daycare center will have 4 groups and space for 75 children.
