This year, we were once again represented at the Salzkotten training fair organized by our cooperation partner Gesamtschule Salzkotten.

Our trainees Riana (precision mechanic in mechanical engineering) and Noah (electronics technician for industrial engineering) were there to present their respective training professions. “With the help of practical everyday objects from the apprenticeship, such as a LOGO! circuit or a motor console, the pupils were able to get a first feel for these professions,” reported HR officer Vera Thebille. “Of course, you get a real insight at Rotte during an internship.”

Salzkotten is opening its doors for the 29th time to show school pupils career prospects right on their doorstep. The slogan “THE SAME GAME” unites the Salzkotten Training Fair (“SAME”) and the Gesek Training Fair (“GAME”). 53 companies from a wide range of sectors took part this year.
