- Production line for removal, transport, assembly
- Optical component inspection
- Packing of the finished parts in appropriate load carriers
Description:
Fully automatic assembly systems with component loading and execution of the individual assemblies by assembly robots with standard and special tools.
The robot removes the finished injection molded component from the opening injection mold. For positioning, the plastic assembly carriers are clamped dimensionally stable and reproducible on a rotary table. Rotary change holders allow program-controlled product changes in interaction with the robot-automated assembly units. The handling system can transport and eject the components in loop-through operation. An automatic gripper change with the corresponding grippers and gripper change station with a capacity of 4 grippers is provided for this purpose.
The optical quality inspection is realized by vision systems. During the subsequent automatic image comparison, the image recordings are compared and evaluated for deviations based on defined parameters. The following quality features are identified and evaluated by the optical component inspection: injection defects (flaws), material defects (burners, material splits), completeness of the hole pattern, absence of burrs, surface condition (contamination). The monitoring of the riveting of the elements is done by checking the setting force and the setting path. Components that do not reach the specifications of the setting devices (path, force) are rejected as non-OK parts.
Each component that passes through the assembly cell is marked with a label.
In the final process, the finished parts are automatically packed into the corresponding load carriers within the assembly line.
