We build our belt conveyors individually for our customers, adapted to the spatial conditions and optical wishes.
Our conveyor technology consists of a solid, durable base frame (welded construction). The modular construction creates flexibility and long-term expansion possibilities. Elevators, different lifters, lifts or lifting stations can be integrated into the conveyor line to bridge travel distances. The integration of turning stations, corner transfer units, centering stations and the acceptance and transfer with movable/active conveyors is possible. We also realize necessary programming in connection with control engineering as well as the networking of external machines with Rotte conveyor technology.
Our belt conveyors can be delivered as corrosion- or splash-proof version (according to IP67), with product-friendly as well as individual side guides and painted with 2-component industrial paint.
Our conveyor systems are used for loading and unloading with robots or for precise transfer to linear portals.
The belt conveyors can be used flexibly: QA stations can be integrated on the lines as well as individual contactless sensor technology for sensor-based space/belt monitoring.
We offer our conveyors with product-friendly belt surfaces as well as with a multi-strand design from 1 - 60. A ceiling suspension with conveyors is possible.
Our conveyor systems have a height from approx. 200 mm above the floor to approx. 2,000 mm (higher on request). Length: individual.
Total weight of a unit up to 250 kg. Payload of the conveyors up to 750 kg.
