Rotte decoiler provides more safety in your coil handling process thanks to a braked pressure roller, because the overturning of the sheet end is prevented.
The preparation station for aluminum and steel coils is equipped with a hydraulically controlled pressure roller, which serves as a hold-down device. This is flexibly pneumatically braked and the contact pressure can be variably adjusted. The coil turner can be used to remove packaging tapes in order to subsequently feed the coil into a processing operation or to subject it to incoming goods inspection and quality control. The slit strip or coil can then be rewound.
Re-ringing and re-packing is ensured by the subdivided turning and pressure rollers. Depending on the material used, these are available in various coatings and Shore hardnesses, thus ensuring gentle processing of sensitive surfaces. The slit strip turner is suitable as a stand-alone unit and can be equipped with central crane attachment points.
