Description:

The glass loader 12 brings continuity and calm to your line and reduces downtime. Up to 12 sheets of glass are picked up, buffered and released as required. Module lines with manual glass support can be loaded with the glass accumulator 12 regardless of the presence of your operator. The system prevents line downtimes when reloading material into automatic inline machines such as glass loaders or film cutters/layers. Loading gaps caused by malfunctions or pallet changes when using automatic glass supports can be compensated with the glass storage unit 12. The glass accumulator 12 can be used throughout the line for cycle decoupling, also for laminates and finished modules. Loading can be carried out manually or by an upstream glass loader.
