Our product range for equipping the laminate flooring production starts with the stacking of the decorative boards by means of a portal feeding system with board pre-separation. Our solutions offer material-friendly handling of the material surfaces ready for delivery and at the same time ensure the increased throughput requirements of modern and high-performance flooring production.
In addition, we offer you concepts for the replenishment of the loading positions and the removal of the empty transport pallets. The separated boards are transferred to the first production process step, the cross saw, by conveyor lines manufactured in our company. Our alignment tables ensure that the decorative panels to be processed are aligned as desired and can then be transferred. This dimensionally accurate alignment and transfer sets the basic course for the subsequent product quality.
After the laminate boards have been cut to size, they must be turned over to the profiling processes within the feed section. Our laminate board turner ensures the correct position and exact placement on the conveyor line in synchronous operation of the production process.
After passing through the profiling line, the finished laminate boards are transferred to collecting stations for package formation. These are equipped with intermediate buffers to ensure continuous production, so that there are no interruptions in the production processes.
For palletizing the finished laminate flooring packaging units, fast gantry systems or palletizing robots are available from our product range. Entire layers of pallets are collected on the infeed conveyor and stacked onto the provided transport pallet with the adapted gripper in one handling step. We can complete this conveyor flow and handling process, which has often been implemented for our customers, with the pallet doubler as a stacking unit for pre-packed pallets prior to dispatch. In order to save time in forklift handling and to increase the efficiency in the removal, the product pallets ready for dispatch are stacked in this station in stacks of two and are then ready for collection.
