Description:

Ergonomically arranged and easy to use tools support the operator from minor reworking to string replacement. Connections and storage facilities for soldering tools and material, wherever they are needed, facilitate simple soldering tasks through to the desoldering of entire strings. Strings can be safely picked up with the balanced suction bar, easily moved and positioned and deposited safely and undamaged. Each cell of the string is held by 4 suction cups. The suction cups can be adjusted to different cells, cell sizes and distances. The required vacuum can be ergonomically switched from both operating sides on the suction bar. The required vacuum can be ergonomically controlled from both operating sides of the suction beam. Laterally mounted drawers hold string carriers with strings. The working area above the laminate remains free. Each drawer can be opened easily from one of the two sides with one hand. When the drawer is open, the string is easily accessible for removing or depositing with the suction beam. Loading and unloading of the drawers with string carriers is done from the front sides. In the illuminated mirror, the operator looks under the module and visually checks the situation from below. Further testing devices can be integrated optionally.
