Description:
The module sorter is a must for every automated PV module production. Corner pack corners are attached to the flashed solar module manually or fully automatically. According to its performance class, the PV MMS control system assigns a stacking box to the module, transports it there and adds it to the stack. The assignment of the stacking locations to the performance classes including n. i. O. are freely selectable via the system control. Fully automatic stack removal ensures uninterrupted operation even with short cycle times and makes your production output independent of the operator. Modular addition of further stacking boxes allows you to use additional performance classes. Each stacking box in the PV MMS can be adjusted to the frame size produced with little effort. When turning the stack onto the Euro pallet and packaging the module stack, you can select a degree of automation from manual to automatic to suit your production line.
