Description:
With the FIFO (First In, First Out) 20 you decouple your module line from the stringer and laminator. Furthermore, you make your production less sensitive to disturbances and increase your production output. 20 compartments are operated by the lifting unit with its telescopic fork in any order. Storage and retrieval is independent of the remaining occupancy of the storage rack. Buffer and storage strategy are freely selectable. The idle times are monitored individually for each compartment. Adjustable maximum idle times guarantee a timely removal, e.g. of slices with EVA films within the processing time. Discs and laminates are transported and positioned on the integrated belt conveyors. Via servo motor, the lifting gear lifts up to the desired shelf position and places the pane on storage compartment carriers that are gently wrapped around the surface. The conveyor speeds are specially designed for gentle handling of the not yet laminated loose matrix. The FIFO 20 can be integrated into conveyor lines and their control systems or retrofitted into existing lines with its own control system.
