Description:
Rotte knife paternosters are built to meet the highest demands and combine robust and solid construction with the finest control technology. The optically and technically high-quality storage system in paternoster form is used for the storage of riving knives and ejector rings and is enclosed in sheet metal cassettes. The turn bolt fasteners and pressure locks allow uncomplicated disassembly of the sheet metal cassettes, thus guaranteeing access even in the event of unforeseeable malfunctions. The riving knives are stored contactless in cassettes. The ejector rings and defective riving knives are stored together without separators. On each two storage levels of a knife set, the display and arrangement are ergonomically sensible and grip-oriented. On the control side, the individual storage levels can be cycled up or down in order to allow optimum use of the storage level preferred by the respective user. The cutting technology system for a wide variety of metal strips is equipped with dirt trays which are inserted underneath the paternoster storage and sensorially tested. A light barrier protects the travel range of the storage facility against unintentional intervention.
