Process automation. Family business. Innovator
Founded in 1994 by Ulrich and Brigitte Rotte, we now have 90 employees and an annual turnover of 16 million euros. Our great strengths are fully automated production systems and developments in the field of robotics.
As process automation specialists, we are active in a wide range of industries, such as renewable energies, the furniture industry, wood technology and technical laminates.

Family friendliness as a founding idea
From the day it was founded, the Rotte family has organised and built up the company with the aim of achieving an ideal work-life balance. This claim is still reflected today in the opportunities and family-friendly understanding for employees.
Ulrich Rotte has led the company as Managing Director and his wife Brigitta as Commercial Director since 1994. Dr Franz-Barthold Gockel joined the management team as Managing Director in 2007. Benedikt Rotte has completed the management team as Managing Partner since 2017. This management team complements each other with its expertise. Ulrich Rotte, who contributes mechanical engineering practice, Brigitta Rotte, the controller, Dr Gockel, the technical scientist, and Benedikt Rotte as an industrial engineer with his expertise in economic efficiency.
Family, professions and voluntary work
As a family business, we are very aware of the daily challenges that reconciling work and family life
are something we are very aware of from personal experience. We are always there to help and find solutions together when it matters. That’s why the planning and construction of a childcare centre in Tudorf was a matter close to our hearts. The Tudorf daycare centre, which is run by the Paderborn District Sports Association, has been in operation since 1 April 2024 and is within walking distance of our site.
Our employees are committed to social cohesion in a variety of ways. We support this commitment and grant special leave.
Social engagement
We are rooted in the region and open to local involvement and local projects. We support youth and club sports, children’s football, the Trimm-dich-Pfad,
young marksmen and the Klingenthal Sport Salzkotten Marathon. One example project is the joint construction of the ‘human football pitch’ with the young marksmen.
