Trainees gain experience abroad
After an exciting and enriching internship abroad, we are delighted to welcome our Trainees Thomas and Yassin back to Rotte.
They have brought back many unforgettable impressions: “As soon as we arrived in Malta, we felt the special atmosphere – sun, sea and a fascinating culture that is very different from home. It was impressive to see how people live and work in another country,” reported the two trainees from the second and fourth years of training.
During the first week, our apprentices attended the ESE language school to improve their English skills. They then gained practical experience in the installation of energy and building technology during a three-week internship at AASK Enterprises Ltd. In their free time, Thomas and Yassin had the opportunity to explore the island. This included a visit to the capital city of Valletta and a trip to the historic city of Mdina.
Following their stay abroad, Ms. Stampa from the Stiftung Bildung und Handwerk presented our apprentices Thomas and Yassin with their Erasmus+ certificates during an evaluation meeting.
