Customer-Specific Bale Cutters for Reliable Raw Material Supply
Rotte bale cutters are designed to integrate seamlessly into the material logistics of rubber processing. They precisely cut raw rubber bales and provide uniformly sized pieces for downstream processes – such as rubber mixing in an internal mixer or on a mill. In doing so, they combine high-performance cutting technology with secure component guidance and stable, reproducible cutting behavior.
A practical advantage is the design for short handling paths and simple one-man operation: the operator works comfortably from just one side of the machine. At the push of a button, the rubber bale is precisely divided by a rotating circular blade. The individual pieces are then automatically conveyed back to the operator and are immediately available for weighing – for example on a downstream belt scale. Remaining pieces do not need to be set aside improvisationally: a practical storage tray for remnants is integrated into the bale cutter, allowing even small rubber quantities to be reused cleanly and in an organized manner.
Precisely engineered frames, blade guides, and clamping systems reliably secure the bale during the cutting process. This ensures clean cut surfaces and uniform pieces that can be ideally dosed, weighed, and fed to the mixing unit. In this way, not only is the mixing room relieved, but a consistent and predictable raw material flow is created – an essential basis for reproducible compound quality.
