Our alignment stations consist of several coordinated modules. Whether you’re handling bottles or tumble dryers, and whether you need hydraulic or electromechanical alignment—we cover all major industries and technology types in manufacturing and logistics.
Each station is built on a roller conveyor with frequency-controlled drives to ensure smooth material flow. Products are gently transported and stopped precisely at the alignment point.
Before the alignment process begins, sensors inspect the stack contour to identify any misaligned or unsuitable products—preventing unnecessary corrections and errors downstream.
In the first station, transverse alignment is performed. Robust, servo-driven pushers gently move products or devices into position. Integrated collision detection ensures safe handling without damaging items.
