Passing exams is always a reason for joy, especially when the end result is a vocational qualification: This was the case for our four trainees who successfully passed their final exams and thus completed their apprenticeships at Rotte. We are proud of our young trainees who have shown great academic and practical results during their training and who have now successfully passed their final examinations.
Transfer to permanent employment
We are particularly pleased that three of them will continue to enrich our Rotte team: Tom Möller, Dario Giovanelli and Maurice Hofmann completed a 3.5-year apprenticeship as precision mechanics in mechanical engineering. Tom and Maurice will now be working in various areas of our production. Dario is leaving the company at his own request.
Tobias Kewitz completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for industrial engineering and will support our electrical department.
Management and district craftsmen's association congratulate
In the presence of their instructors, the Rotte family extended their congratulations to the new apprentices and presented them with a small gift. The district craftsmen's association, which had already personally wished the apprentices all the best at the start of their training, also took the opportunity to congratulate the young people and wish them a successful start to their careers.
