Our automated sample punch is primarly used in the rubber industry and offers particular advantages to companies that want to process their rubber with maxmimum precision and reliably analyze high quality batches. In the rubber industry, the sample punch handles the precise punching of a sample, the emossing of a three-digit code and the individual dispensing of the samples. controlled by the production line, samples are punched out regularly and marked with a predefined code to ensure end-to-end traceability.

Our automated sample punch makes the production of rubber samples efficient, reproducible, and fully integrated into the production line. The rubber sheets are safely guided through the system via the conveyor belt, where they are automatically punched and precisely stamped with a three-digit code. The finished samples are then discharged via a separate conveyor belt—ensuring a continuous, reliable, and automated sample production process.
