The automated removal of parts from crates or skeleton containers is one of the challenges in automation technology: Robot and vision system must work together in an unrestricted and process stable manner. The resulting potentials can bring great added value to your production: Try it out!
Our experienced specialists carry out the desired feasibility study on your workpiece. In our ROTTE technical centre we use the latest 3D vision technology with projection and object recognition to identify the gripping positions. Software is used to evaluate the resulting images according to various evaluation criteria using component scans or CAD data.
The integrated industrial robot is provided with the gripping strategy and the position of the detected workpieces. The gripper specially designed for your component takes the product from unsorted positions.
During the subsequent further processing there are various test scenarios, such as feeding, loading, storage, etc. All results are recorded, cycle times are analysed and a solution concept is developed. The final discussion with you rounds off the result.
"ROTTE technical centre is more than just a test centre.
We see it as a test laboratory where we test customer-specific components with regard to their handling and develop individual solution strategies.
For us as a special plant manufacturer, innovations are part of our DNA".
