Strip pelletizers

For the production of cubic pellets of 6 mm x 6 mm.
Depending on the material properties and the production requirements, we can expand the pelletizer by a powdering unit and a bagging station.

We gladly integrate the pelletizer into your production line. The individual velocities of the up- or downstream plant components are synchronized by sag-controlled infeed control so that continuous production can be guaranteed. Alternatively, it is also possible to feed in the material from a box pallet or a pallet.

Batch-off systems

Winders and unwinders for rubber strips

The winding stations handle the winding and unwinding of rubber strips. Our offer includes both single reels and double reels in the form of dual decoilers with turning device.
