On February 9 and 10, 2026, the “THE SAME GAME” training place exchange in Salzkotten once again impressively demonstrated the importance of regional career guidance. To mark its 30th anniversary, 53 companies presented themselves over two days – the fair was fully booked.
Numerous parents, young people, and professionals took the opportunity to visit our booth and find out about apprenticeships, internships, and career paths. Our apprentices were able to give school students their first concrete ideas for their professional future in a practical and vivid way.
