Joy about the passed exam

Passing exams is always a reason to celebrate, especially when you end up with a vocational qualification: this was the case for our four trainees who successfully completed their final exams and thus their training programmes at Rotte.

Family friendliness as part of the corporate culture

For the second time in a row, Rotte was awarded the title of “Family-friendly company in the Paderborn district”. At an excellently organized awards event in the hangar of Paderborn-Lippstadt Airport, the seal was presented by District Administrator Christoph Rüther and Eva Leschinski, Head of the Competence Center Women and Work OWL.

Welcome at Rotte!

This year, we welcome two new apprentices to our team. Nick Heppner and David Färber (from left) will spend the next 3.5 years completing their apprenticeship as electronics technicians for industrial engineering. This apprenticeship is organised in cooperation with the energy service provider Westfalen Weser, so that the knowledge and skills learnt can be deepened and supplemented in the training workshop there.

Apprenticeship successfully completed!

Fariha Khan completed her training as an office management assistant with a great performance. Congratulations on behalf of the entire staff! After only three years in Germany, she graduated top of her class from the one-year commercial school with great success in summer 2018. She acquired the opportunity to train at Rotte during an internship that accompanied her schooling.

Great joy about the spade at work

Since last week, the nationwide vaccination prioritization has been lifted and company physicians are also allowed to perform Covid 19 vaccinations. Rotte has also taken advantage of this opportunity and made a voluntary offer of vaccination to its workforce and family members.

Bonus to all employees

The coronavirus pandemic and its effects had a negative impact on the entire economy in 2020. The family business was able to rely on highly motivated colleagues and enormous team spirit.
