Decription:

Feed in  press tool via the toothed chain conveyor and then lower the chain conveyor. Align press tools on all sides via fixing holes.
The ejector mandrel moves in X and Y direction over the pin bore by means of a cross table via two servomotor-driven guide units. The servo-motorized guide unit in Z direction moves onto the tool with a preset pressure and holds the pressure force. Switch on the pressure chisel (woodpecking). Press out pins servomotively via path measurement.  Move the ejector mandrel to the home position afterwards move to next pin bore. Open press tool centering and raise chain conveyor. Press tool will be conveyed out. The ejected pins are collected in a collecting container.
