Description:

For production lines for the finishing of MDF boards and chipboards we supply our customers with the complete material handling line from the feeding of the coating line to the provision of the finished board stacks.

With insert systems in conjunction with gantry solutions, the raw board stacks can be separated for feeding into the coating line and fed into the finishing process at the production cycle frequency. For the subsequent quality assessment of the finished panels, inspection stations with lighting and panel lifters are available, with whose support the panel quality can be checked on both sides by the personnel. As an essential process step, we offer board coolers, which provide the refined MDF and chipboard with the necessary time for cooling in a confined space with gentle handling. In the sorting gantry system following the cooling line, the boards are deposited on assigned stacking areas according to the quality classes assigned in the inspection station and are transferred, e.g. by a transfer car, to the heavy-duty conveyor line for outgoing goods.
