Our batch feeder as a solution
The batch feeder ensures structured and reliable material supply as well as dosing accuracy in the rubber mixing room – providing a stable starting point for downstream process steps.
Highlights and customization options:
- Rotary blade with fixed counter blade
- Blade replacement in just 10 minutes – no on-site grinding required
- Standard tape: Novo 40HC (black); other tapes available on request
- Reinforced motor mount with rubber bearing – cutting of 3 batch layers (up to 36 mm)
- Viewing window for quick glance and easy access to interior
Options:
- Height-adjustable, removable feet: Transport without dismantling the cutting chamber, knife gap remains set
- Electrical engineering according to country-specific regulations
- Cover tape instead of pressure roller: prevents tape from sticking to batch residues
