Handing over the keys to kindergarden operators

Paderborn District Sports Association starts operations in the new building

From the day it was founded, Rotte has organized and built the company with the aim of achieving an ideal work-life balance. That is why the planning and construction of a daycare center in Tudorf for the Rotte family was a matter close to our hearts.

Sporty construction time

The construction time for the Tudorf daycare center mirrored the concept of an "active daycare center" and can be compared to a sprint. After a "sporty" 9 months, completion was celebrated. At the official handover, the happy owners Benedikt and Corinna Rotte handed over the keys to Ralf Pahlsmeier, Vice President of the district sports association, and Karin Suerland, member of the KSB board.
The heart of the approximately 840 square meter daycare center is the 90 square meter sports hall where the children can romp around to their heart's content. In future, the daycare center will operate without the traditional group concept, so that children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years can play together freely. The building, which is located right next to the TSV Tudorf sports field, is complemented by a spacious outdoor area with a water playground.

On April 1, the new premises will open with the first children. We wish all the teachers and children a happy start!

From August, Rotte employees' children will also be attending the facility, which is only about 600m away from the company building on foot.
