Description:
The cleaning station is an integral part at the end of module production in preparation for the flash test and subsequent packaging. The finished framed module is automatically fed inline. The operator simply pulls it to the side into the rotating arms of the Cleaning Station. With a single hand movement, he opens the twist lock and automatically fixes the module frame for safe rotation. Abrasion-resistant, surface-friendly rubber materials protect the sensitive frame decors. Whether cleaning work on the glass, reworking the frame or visual inspections, the operator can easily turn the module into its optimum working position with one hand. Locking positions every 45° always hold the solar module in the correct position. The operator can work with both hands unhindered. Depending on the flasher, the operator turns the module Sunny-Side-Up or Down and pushes it back into the conveyor line. The module is changed automatically. Optionally, quality characteristics can be entered at the control panel.
