  • Have you ever asked yourself who is the largest manufacturer of industrial robots?

  • And which color dominates factory automation, orange of Kuka or white of ABB?

It's yellow, the color from the world's largest robot manufacturer: FANUC

No other robot manufacturer is as present in the market as the Japanese company. With over 4.2 million CNC controllers and 600,000 robots installed worldwide, FANUC is the international market leader according to its own statements.

The "yellow arms" also characterise the daily picture in our production hall; in all sizes and designs. We install the industrial robots from our long-standing system partner FANUC in the most diverse automation solutions across all industries.
The smallest robot, the LR-Mate, is used by our customers, for example to carry out quality inspections or for deep drawing and cutting. In 2014, we integrated the world's most powerful robot model, with a shoulder height of 4.5 m and a payload of a full 1,350 kg on the 6th axis: the "M2000". Equipped with a complex camera system and a control program, it has since been handling and measuring metal blocks the size of a VW Golf at our customer's premises.

Long-lasting automation solutions and satisfied customers make the cooperation between FANUC and ROTTE a success story. As an example, FANUC reports in a recently published case study about our project "Assembly of gate controls" for the company HÖRMANN from Steinhagen. Here you can find out more about our joint success story.

And perhaps your desired automation solution with us will soon become a success story?!
By the way, we also use other robot makes or automate completely without the use of robotics.
