Adapted to your module line, we offer semi-automatic module handling for performance and high voltage testing. We integrate the flasher and hipot manufacturer of your choice. Matching your individual layout and the available space we offer tunnel or tower solutions. Integrated into the module line, the modules are automatically fed in and out. For flashers with a tunnel, we align the module for testing, fix it and swivel it in front of the tunnel into the vertical test position. The manual or automatic module contacting is designed according to your needs.
Under the standing tower, the module, which is inaccessible there, is automatically aligned and automatically contacted with the help of adapters for flashing and high voltage testing. The test is performed according to the selected flasher and hipot manufacturer. The results are transferred to the control system and, if desired, to the following sorter stacker as an optical signal or digitally via interface. For the test, we offer the automated complete solution consisting of conveyor technology and testing technology from one source and integrate your desired testing technology.
