Description:

At the beginning of the production chain for multilayer manufacturing, there are lay-up stations where the press packs to be laminated are assembled according to the order. The Rotte Lay-up station is equipped with a manually movable and motorized lifting and lowering permanent-electric magnet for handling the cover sheet. Work table with liftable and lowerable chain conveyor. Actuation of the magnet via manual pushbutton. Adjustable side guide rollers. From our product range manual as well as semi-automated laying workstations are available, which can be equipped with various options according to customer requirements.
